Edge Restaurant at 74 West Broad Street in Historic downtown Bethlehem

    We had a very nice time last week at the Edge restaurant at 74 West Broad Street in Bethlehem Pa. The Edge offers French-Asian inspired fine dining with an extensive wine selection. We really enjoyed the cosmopolitan atmosphere while we ate our meal in the elegant main room. There also is a bistro lounge. We even took advantage of the 1/2 price appetizers during Happy Hour, which runs from Monday through Friday (5-7pm)

    A popular starter at Emeril Lagasse's Chop House is the "Baked Crabmeat Gratin". It consists of three different cheeses, swiss, fontina and white cheddar that are combined with a rich bechamel sauce. The lump blue crab meat is folded into the melted cheese and served in a warm ramekin with toasted crostini.
