Chef Emeril Lagasse's Chop House restaurant at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is a BIG HIT ...

    A popular starter at Emeril Lagasse's Chop House is the "Baked Crabmeat Gratin". It consists of three different cheeses, swiss, fontina and white cheddar that are combined with a rich bechamel sauce. The lump blue crab meat is folded into the melted cheese and served in a warm ramekin with toasted crostini.
